Turbo Tester v3.0 is free
software. However, it is prohibited to distribute or sell it to third
parties. Every organization or person who is interested of receiving a
copy of the software must register at the Turbo Tester support group by
sending an e-mail to tt@pld.ttu.ee. If
Turbo Tester is used in research the following reference sould be added
to respective publications:
